Nutritious // Body Out Of Control Three

We present to you a new mix from Nutritious, a dj/producer HighTimes has called "a musical healer!" alongside various other publications and esteemed industry folk around the world publicly touting his performances, remixes, and string of mixtapes as everything from "inspiring" to "just, so sick" to "fuckin rockin". From the esteemed artist management group Dope Den who rocketed the career of fellow dj Mark Farina, to his own talented and celebrated booking agency, Apt Entertainment, who's steady placing djs like Nutritious, Heather, Colette, Honey Dijon, and many others at fine parties around the globe, Nutritious has the masses talking.

Every year, at the wrap of the North American summer, Nutritious bundles his favorite uptempo songs from the Spring & Summer seasons in an eclectic and wild mix aptly titled, Body Out Of Control. Today marks the release of Body Out Of Control, Three, a stylistic and heady journey widely anticipated by his family of supporters and fans.

In all of it's 67 minutes of dance-inducing fury, BOOC3 highlights the scene's hottest talents -- Danny Daze, Shur-I-kan, 2 Billion Beats, Cajmere, Locussolus, Kraak & Smaak, Captain Planet, Los Charly's Orchestra, and many more all make appearances as the rhythms twist and turn and rhymes shift from soft spoken soul to full-on discofied funk. No matter what your pleasure; be it a mix to tune your body to at the gym, or lose your mind to in the after-hours, one can expect a highly proper mixtape, from a proper fine dj.

This upcoming Wednesday, July 13th, Nutritious & Zoe Wilder bring you the unparalleled sound stylings of both Pete Dafeet & Sunshine Jones.

Coming by way of London, Pete Dafeet is an excellent deep house selector, producer, and also the co-owner of the highly regarded label, Lost My Dog Records. Pete performs around the globe and while he's continually remixing and producing for some of the finest records labels around, he's driven his own Lost My Dog imprint into the vanguard of the deep house music scene. Lost My Dog's supported by the likes of Mark Farina, Danny Tenaglia, Groove Armada, Laurent Garnier, and countless others - confirming why his debut Lost My Dog mix CD has recently seen accolades for "House Compilation of the Month" by Mixmag and "Top 30 Compilations of 2010" by DJ Mag. Plus, his recent LMD EP release ‘In Flux’ was rated by iDJ magazine as "a strong contender for deep house record of the year".

San Francisco's Sunshine Jones spent the 1990′s touring the United States in a van alongside his musical partner Moonbeam as one half of Dubtribe Sound System. Fortunately, they're back at it. Dubtribe is prolific in House music; actually legendary. As a solo musician --punk-rock and acid-jazz influenced-- Sunshine's been making records and trotting across Mother Earth with his signature live performances. From Osaka with Danny Krivit, Paradise with Jask, a former residency at NY's Club Love, to performances with Monique Bingham, Jenifa Mayanja, Moby, King Britt, and many others, Sunshine's been bringing deep seeded House music to amazing heights. He also transmits a weekly radio program on 90hz.org called Sunday Soul and delivers cutting new house music through his own record label Treehouse Muzique.
