"Hi, I’m James.
I have been a successful club DJ for over 4 years and a bar and party DJ for two years before that. I currently hold residencies at peak time (Saturday and Thursday) in two of Liverpool’s busiest and most successful nightclubs.
For two years i was working on the Liverpool club scene 6 nights a week but i felt the need to move on because let’s face it – weeknights really aren’t that exciting! I am now focusing my talents and experience on establishing myself as a special event DJ for the 18-30 age group. Events such as birthday celebrations, school proms, college proms and leavers balls.
From 2009 – 2010 i worked at 40 school and college proms and 18 fantastic birthday parties, working in venues like the Hilton hotel in Chester, the Lowry hotel in Manchester and Thornton Hall in Cheshire.
In summer 2011 i came 3rd place in the international Radio 1 Ibiza Superstar DJ Competition after competing against hundreds of other contestants and facing celebrity judged, DJ based challenges in London for a week.
I have a huge collection of music from the 1950s right up to the current chart music before it comes out, i believe i can really work a crowd and that is what has made me a successful DJ over the years. Combining this with my microphone skills makes me the perfect DJ for special events for the 18-30 age group.
I am available to hire for your school prom with several complete audio visual packages for your leavers ball, 18th birthday, 21st birthday and many more events covering Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens, Cheshire, Chester and Wirral."
